Dakha7 Terms & Conditions – Membership Rules

Dakha7 is an online entertainment platform offering Sports Betting, lottery, and casino game services to users in Bangladesh and other countries. Dakha7's Terms & Conditions apply to the following:

• Use of the Dakha7 Website & Mobile App
• Account Registration & Management
• Participation in any game, bet, or lottery
• Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions
• Claiming Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards
• Dakha7 Support

By using the Dakha7 platform, you confirm that you are legally eligible to do so and that online gaming is permitted in your country of residence. Dakha7 is not liable for any breach of local laws by users.

To register an account on Dakha7, you must provide accurate and complete information in the registration form. Accounts created using false information will be suspended and any balance may be forfeited. Members are solely responsible for the accuracy of the details submitted at registration.

One Account Policy: Only one Dakha7 account is permitted per person, household, device, IP address, or payment method. If multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are identified, all accounts will be closed.

KYC Verification: Dakha7 may verify your identity before processing a withdrawal or for transactions above a certain amount. The following documents may be requested:

• National ID (NID) or Passport
• Selfie Photo
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership

Dakha7 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals if verification fails or required information is not provided. Members are solely responsible for keeping their account password and login credentials secure. Any unauthorized access to an account must be reported to Dakha7 Support immediately.

To make a deposit on Dakha7, you must use a verified payment method registered in your own name. Using third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited and may result in the transaction being cancelled.

• No additional charges are applied to deposits.
• All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Successful deposits are credited to your account instantly.
• Deposits cannot be reversed once completed.

Your account must be fully verified before you can withdraw from Dakha7. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Dakha7 does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Mobile banking withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Dakha7 may review withdrawal requests in cases of unusual or suspicious account activity.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.

Dakha7 reserves the right to hold withdrawals and conduct an investigation if fraud or irregular activity is suspected. If the member's activity is found to be legitimate, the withdrawal will be processed promptly.

Dakha7 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which are listed on the respective offer page. General bonus terms are outlined below:

• Each bonus can only be claimed once (unless stated otherwise in the offer).
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit.
• Withdrawing a bonus generally requires completing a 10x–30x wagering requirement.
• Bonuses typically expire within 7–30 days from the date of issue.
• A maximum bet limit may apply when playing with bonus balance.
• Any attempt to abuse a bonus or artificially fulfill wagering requirements will result in the bonus being forfeited.

For referral bonuses, the referred person must open a new, valid account and deposit the required amount. Referral bonuses cannot be claimed more than once by members of the same household or from the same device.

The following activities are strictly prohibited to ensure the security and fairness of the Dakha7 platform. Members found engaging in any of these activities will have their accounts immediately closed and all balances forfeited:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Registration using false or another person's information.
• Strategic misuse of the bonus system (bonus hunting/arbitrage).
• Use of hacking tools, cheating software, or bots.
• Money laundering or use of illegally obtained funds.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Impersonating Dakha7 staff to deceive other members.
• Deliberately exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs.

Dakha7 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• If KYC verification fails or the member refuses to provide the required information.
• Suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• If the member requests to close their own account.
• Extended inactivity (12 months or more).

Members may request to close their account at any time. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance before closure, unless the account is being closed due to a rule violation. A monthly maintenance fee may be charged on inactive accounts.

Dakha7 is committed to responsible gaming. We believe gaming is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. To help keep members safe, Dakha7 offers the following tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Limit: Limit your continuous gaming sessions.

Dispute Resolution: If a dispute arises between Dakha7 and a member, an initial resolution will be sought through our support channels. If unresolved, a third-party mediator may be engaged. Dakha7's decision shall be considered final.

• Complaint submission deadline: within 30 days of the incident.
• Dakha7 typically responds to complaints within 5–10 business days.
• All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which Dakha7 is licensed.
